- A 7-year contract in which CNIAV Aeronautical Information Specialists (AISs) support the FAA National Flight Procedures Office in developing and amending instrument flight procedures in accordance with FAA standards and directives.
- Civil Aeromedical Institute (CAMI) Support [CNI Aviation, LLC]
- A 5-year contract in which CNIAV provides staffing and administrative and technical support services to the CAMI, whose mission is to develop, maintain and manage a system for the medical examination and certification of U.S. civil airmen.

- Air Traffic Control Optimum Training Solution (ATCOTS) Program [CNI Information Technology, LLC]
- As participants on Raytheon’s ATCOTS Team, CNIIT personnel assist in developing and conducting training for all FAA Air Traffic Controllers and with integrating new technologies to improve air traffic operations. Leveraging four decades of experience with FAA programs, CNIIT offers extensive training expertise to the customer and excellent performance to its team partner on this performance-based contract.
- FAA/Air Traffic Organization Knowledge Transfer [Chickasaw Advisory Services, LLC]
- Teaming with Ackerman McQueen and Branded News (AM/BN), CAS is researching and developing an online video knowledge channel to establish a trusted single source of aviation information featuring new aviation technologies like NextGen, important FAA events, congressional hearings, industry news conferences, briefings, testimonies, speeches, special reports and mini-series.
Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC)
- Customer Service Center (CSC) [CNI, Inc.]
- The CSC is the consolidation of the Office of Customer Service (AMO) and the Office of Information Technology (AMI). CNI assists the CSC in providing the new division (AMO-001B) with Service Desk support, Desktop support, Computer Hardware Maintenance, Production Control (mainframe operational support), Knowledge Management, and Service Desk Software Administration. CNI personnel have individually been commended with Letters of Appreciation for excellent performance, and the Level Two Office Automation Team was also commended for meeting and exceeding all goals and metrics.
- AMI Information Technology Support Services [CNI, Inc.]
- A 5-year contract as a subcontractor, providing in partnership a variety of technical services that include: system development and integration, system management and hosting, telecommunications, information system security, information media, office automation, system support, technical writing, web development, programming and auditing, asset management, knowledge management, financial analysis, IT training, and project management.
