Overview
Led by professionals with extensive experience in the delivery of quality services in the federal market, CNIAV currently provides support to the U.S. Air Force’s three Air Logistics Centers as well as the FAA’s MMAC. CNIAV personnel support the B-1, B-52, and E-4 program offices on the Tinker AFB Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) contract and are extensively involved in delivering capability improvements to the KC-10 and C-130 training devices.
- Tinker Advisory and Assistance Services Contract (TAASC)
- This IDIQ contract has a broad Performance Work Statement (PWS) with 13 functional categories. CNIAV currently provides services on the following 10 Task Orders: B-1B Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) and Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) Support; B-52 System Safety Engineering Support; B-52 Programmatic, Engineering and Technical Support; Iraqi Aircraft Support; KC-135 FMS Support to Singapore; E-4B National Airborne Operations Center Support; Purchasing and Supply Chain Management Support (PSCM); Industrial Safety Advisory and Assistance Support; and Logistics Management Analysis and Technical Support (Propulsion Support).
- AVN Instrument Flight Procedures (IFP) Services
- A 7-year contract in which CNIAV Aeronautical Information Specialists (AISs) support the FAA National Flight Procedures Office in developing and amending instrument flight procedures in accordance with FAA standards and directives.
- Ambulatory Coding Support Services to the Tinker AFB Hospital
- A 5-year contract to provide onsite ambulatory coding services in support of the 72nd Medical Group.
- Civil Aeromedical Institute (CAMI) Support
- A 5-year contract in which CNIAV provides staffing and administrative and technical support services to the CAMI, whose mission is to develop, maintain and manage a system for the medical examination and certification of U.S. civil airmen.
- Security Enforcement Training Academy Support Services (SETA)
- A 5-year contract to provide administrative support, technical writing, and training event coordination support for the TSA SETA program.
- Corps of Engineers (COE) Project and Program Management (P2)Support
- Under this contract, CNIAV provides specialists with experience in commercial scheduling tools to assist Tulsa District of the COE managers in developing and maintaining project schedules.
- COE Tulsa Basic Computer and Information Support Services Follow-On Contract
- A 5-year follow-on contract in which CNI Aviation continues nearly a decade of basic computer and information support services to the USACE in Tulsa, OK.
- C-130 E/H Landing Gear Trainer (LGT)
- A 5-year contract to provide contractor logistics support (CLS), modifications and upgrades, engineering support, and trainer relocations for the C-130E/H Landing Gear Maintenance Trainer.
- Simulator Validation (SIMVAL) Standards Development
- CNIAV personnel assist in defining the requirements for development of military standards needed to obtain Simulator Validation (SIMVAL) for Aerial Refueling and Airdrop missions.
- C-130 Sound System Upgrade
- CNIAV personnel manage, engineer, procure, test, install, and obtain approvals for the modification and upgrade of C-130 Training Equipment with state-of-the-art sound hardware/software.
